General

Where are you located?

You’ll find us in the Bishop Arts District at 317 N. Zang Blvd., Dallas, TX 75208.

Is parking available?

Yes! We have a private parking lot located next to the teahouse. It’s free and first come, first served.

What’s available for walk-in guests?

Our counter service is open daily for walk-ins! We offer teas, coffee, and fresh-baked pastries to enjoy in-house or to-go. For groups of 4 or more, feel free to call ahead at 214-941-9941 to check table availability.

Is outside food allowed?

To maintain the quality of our guest experience — and in accordance with Texas health codes — outside food is not permitted. If you’re celebrating a special occasion, custom cakes can be arranged through our event services.

Afternoon Tea Experience 

What is the Afternoon Tea Experience?

Our Afternoon Tea is $75 per person and includes five seasonal courses featuring our signature tea tower and three custom-blended teapots to share. The experience lasts 1.5 to 2 hours and requires a $50 deposit per guest, applied to your final bill.

Can I bring wine or champagne?

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or modify menu ingredients?

Yes — BYOB is allowed with a $10 corkage fee per bottle.

Yes! We’re happy to accommodate dietary needs, including allergies or tea substitutions. Please let us know when booking or at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare accordingly and ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience.

Do you offer a kids option for Afternoon Tea?

Yes! We offer a Kids Tea Meal for $25, which includes a grilled cheese sandwich, fruit bowl, and our final dessert course — perfect for young guests joining the tea experience.

What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

A $50 per person deposit is required to confirm a reservation and is applied to your total. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours, and there are no refunds for no-shows. View full reservation policy.

Large Parties & Private Events

What should I know about large party reservations?

Parties of 8+ have a 2-hour time limit, with extra time available at $100/hour per table. For groups of 12+, food packages are available. Table merging may be limited based on party size and traffic. Final setup will be confirmed during the private event inquiry.

Can I host a private event at Potpourri?

Absolutely! We host bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, and special gatherings. With flexible room options, group food packages, wine, champagne service, and an onsite coordinator, your event will be both seamless and special.
